We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure the achievement of KPIs and SLAs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and SLAs are met in collaboration with the Customer Representative.
  • Oversee budgets, P&L, revenue streams, and costs to maintain profitability.
  • Plan and manage warehouse manpower, including shift rotations, to meet customer SLAs.
  • Manage inbound, inventory, and outbound operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Lead operational teams to consistently achieve KPIs and customer SLAs.
  • Perform cycle counts to maintain 99% inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) and OTIF (On Time and In Full) targets are met above customer expectations.
  • Implement ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and DHL Supply Chain standards across operations.
  • Identify and implement warehouse processes and policies to meet ISO, customer, and company standards.
  • Manage team performance and provide daily reports reflecting KPI achievements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in 3PL warehouse operations and 3+ years in new warehouse setup and policy implementation.
  • 3+ years in a managerial role overseeing 15+ employees.
  • Strong experience in manpower planning, OMS systems, and advanced data reporting.
  • Degree in Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to drive performance, process improvement, and compliance with standards.
