Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will report to the Head, Middle Market under Commercial Banking segment and will primarily be responsible for developing and executing business development plans to drive the acquisition and growth of profitable Middle Market corporate relationships.
  • He/ she is a seasoned business head with experience in driving sales acquisitions, performance tracking and business process review.
  • Possess good knowledge of the competitive market landscape which the Bank’s client operate.
  • Demonstrated overall portfolio and asset quality management skills.
  • Collaborate with product sales support to optimize upsell/ cross-sell ratio of clients.
  • Play a key role in leading, motivating, and continuously developing high performing Relationship Management teams.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a good university is preferred
  • Passion and experience in driving the growth of a SME business segment nationwide
  • Problem solving skills with ability to influence across all levels of business
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives with minimum hands-on supervision
