Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with safety regulations.
  2. Execute daily Complaint Work Orders (CWO) and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  3. Carry out Preventive Maintenance Work Orders (PMWO) as scheduled to minimize equipment downtime.
  4. Provide regular feedback to users on work order status and completion.
  5. Liaise closely with the Supervisor, Senior Technician, and other team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  6. Conduct inspections and take photographic evidence of mishandling, negligence, or vandalism for reporting purposes.
  7. Identify and monitor fast-moving spare parts required for maintenance, ensuring proper stock levels and informing the Senior Technician accordingly.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory tracking.
  9. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures during all maintenance tasks.
  10. Support other technical teams as needed and undertake any other duties assigned by top management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and respond to emergency repairs promptly.
