Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in TeleConsult services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth in telemedicine/telehealth. or similar platforms will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage business development initiatives for the TeleConsult services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and telemedicine sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand the customer base in the TeleConsult space.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate and close deals with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical professionals.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the TeleConsult business.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, with a focus on telemedicine or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in working with companies like Medibuddy, ConnectHeal, EkinCare, Practo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the TeleConsult market, including customer needs, regulations, and competitors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
