- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, checking in and out, and answering any inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, promotions, and products.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and online bookings efficiently and courteously.
- Assist in upselling spa services, products, and packages to enhance the client experience.
- Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Update client records in the spa management system accurately.
- Support other staff and therapists in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent, prior experience in Customer Service is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality, wellness, or spa industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills in Mandarin to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of spa services and treatments is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency with computer systems, booking software, and payment processing.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
