2. Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights on product trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.
  • Analyze customer feedback and assist in identifying improvement opportunities for current products.
  • Compile and present research findings to support data-driven product decisions.

3. Product Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, specifications, and user guides.
  • Assist in creating presentations, reports, and updates to communicate product status and progress to the team.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, organized, and easily accessible for relevant team members.

4. User Experience and Feedback Collection

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to gather and analyze user feedback on product performance and usability.
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest potential enhancements to improve the user experience.
  • Support the team in testing product features and documenting user experience insights.

5. Ad-hoc Product Support Tasks

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks related to product research, data entry, and other duties as assigned by the Product Manager.
  • Help organize and improve team workflows to ensure efficient and effective product development processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a product support or coordination role is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in market research, data analysis, or product management is an advantage.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of product development processes and project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is an advantage.
  • Analytical skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new challenges.
