Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that supports creativity and collaboration.
  • Ensure HR documentation, employee records, and contracts are maintained accurately.
  • Assist in strategic HR planning, manpower forecasting, and talent retention strategies.
  • Work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in media, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in handling recruitment, payroll systems, and performance appraisals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., CHRM, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
