Key Responsibilities- Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that supports creativity and collaboration.
- Ensure HR documentation, employee records, and contracts are maintained accurately.
- Assist in strategic HR planning, manpower forecasting, and talent retention strategies.
- Work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in media, entertainment, or creative industries.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling recruitment, payroll systems, and performance appraisals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., CHRM, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
