JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute an annual action plan that includes strong understanding of customers’ needs as well as facilitate a variety of business development and sales efforts to achieve order book, revenue and gross margin targets, identify new business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture loyal, long-lasting relationships with high-value customers in order to position as a dedicated resource for customers, committed to helping solve customers’ problems and realize their business goals.
  • Manage communications between clients and internal teams including responding effectively to sensitive and/or urgent customer issues in order to align with company’s strategic planning and improve client results especially in Smart Building aspects.
  • Establish and oversee internal budgets and external budgets with clients including negotiate contracts and establishing a timeline of performance and delivery to control cost whilst achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies for learning and development.
  • Advise and provide customer and management insights in the development, management and implementation of identified initiatives/projects to deliver within target cost and timeline.
  • Expand and build relationships with new potential clients in order to enlarge the portfolio of opportunities and towards contributing to a sustainable business-ecosystem in PFS and develop strong technical competencies in all aspect for Smart Building Solutions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Skilled in calculation, finance, and costing.
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Added advantages:
    • Resourceful, proactive, and a strong team player.
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
