Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full Malaysian payroll
  • Experience in full-spectrum HR role is added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and the Employment Act.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
