They're seeking a Warehouse Manager who is experienced in warehouse management and custom processes.

Job Description

  • Responsible for planning, delegating, and overseeing warehouse operations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure the stock levels are consistent with inventory records.
  • Oversee the procurement of spare parts, and components and build strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms and ensure consistent supply.
  • Analyse lead times to customers for the sale of tractors and spare parts.
  • Respond to quotations and purchase orders from customers for spare parts.
  • Ensure all transportation and logistics documentation (e.g. invoices, delivery notes, permits) are accurate and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse supply chain planning, performance metrics, and identity improvements to meet key performance indicators. Conduct inventory optimisation and analysis.

What you'll need to succeed in this role

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain or logistics management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Certifications: APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or other relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
