Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator cum HSE to join our dynamic team. This role combines project coordination and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) responsibilities to ensure the seamless execution of projects while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining project management systems, including change management, schedule tracking, and cost performance monitoring.

- Resource Management: Estimate, identify, and manage resources to support project execution, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project control items such as integrated schedules, risk registers, budget forecasts, and project benefits registers. Prepare presentation decks, meeting minutes, and action logs for seamless project communication.

- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events to drive collaboration and progress.

- HSE Policy Development: Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure the highest safety standards for staff, visitors, and vendors while staying updated on relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

- Emergency Preparedness: Support emergency response planning, including the development of evacuation procedures and response efforts.

- Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Safety Culture Promotion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive safety initiatives and integrate HSE practices into daily operations.

- Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with external organizations such as government bodies, safety authorities, and insurance providers.

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including resource onboarding, scheduling, and timesheet management.

- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the superior to ensure project and organizational success.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in project coordination and/or HSE roles, preferably within Oil and Gas or relevant industry.

- Strong knowledge of project management principles and safety regulations.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and collaborate across departments.
