Assistant Manager, Privilege Merchant
About the role
As an Assistant Manager, Privilege Merchant at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's new business development initiatives. This full-time position is based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with key business partners to identify marketing collaboration opportunities and execute thematic/tactical campaigns to increase card spend.
- Provide clear direction on marketing communication needs and oversee the production of relevant advertising materials to communicate campaign objectives.
- Assist in managing the Usage and Partnership team, developing partnership activities and maintaining partnership materials.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and monitor performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and branding standards for all marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate the Profit & Loss impact of each campaign to maximize ROI.
What we're looking for
- Minimum Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Partnership, Usage campaign, Digital payment platform, and/or Marketing campaigns.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong presentation skills.
- Experience in partnership roles within financial institutions and/or e-commerce/payment platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Conduct cold calls and engage in direct communication with merchant partners.
- Able to negotiate and close marketing deals effectively.
