Key Responsibilities:

  • Idea Transformation: Translate innovative ideas into clear business requirements for product development.
  • Process Design: Design process flows, user stories, and ensure exceptional user experience (UX).
  • User Advocacy: Act as the voice of the user, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed through user research and data analysis.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest fintech trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise and communicate effectively with key stakeholders to align on common goals and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from ideation to implementation.
