  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview:

The Senior Technical Delivery Manager will oversee technical delivery, infrastructure management, and middleware solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. The role requires strong expertise in Unix/Linux administration, middleware technologies (JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, Kafka), and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical teams in deploying and optimizing RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka.

• Oversee end-to-end technical delivery while ensuring timelines and quality standards.

• Manage infrastructure/middleware performance for high availability and scalability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders on roadmaps, strategies, and risk mitigation plans.

• Support incident management and root cause analysis for critical production issues.

• Drive automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in technical delivery and infrastructure management.

• Expertise in Unix/Linux administration and SQL (Oracle/MySQL).

• Strong knowledge of middleware technologies (JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, Kafka).

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex deployments.

• Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
