  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Report to the IT Manager at the home site and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

2. Provide direct IT support to individuals within the operations division, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

3. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand IT needs and align support functions with operational goals.

4. Collaborate with colleagues and remote support teams to deliver first-class IT support.

5. Identify opportunities for improvement within Subang FC and Mapletree Warehouse and actively participate in implementing enhancements.

6. Build and operate infrastructure environments to support the operational needs of the Subang FC and Mapletree Warehouse.

7. Provide critical input to ensure that the IT platform is designed with operability in mind.

8. Lead and support projects related to IT infrastructure, ensuring successful implementation and all infrastructure-related work progresses successfully, contributing to the overall operational efficiency.

9. Monitor on all the job related matters in Warehouse Facilities Management teams in daily.

10. Daily dedicate and arrange on job task to Facilities teams such as warehouses assets' recording, assets management, maintenance, repairing and etc.

11. Any other ad-hoc job tasks as assigned by management/superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. College diploma or above. More than 3 years of professional work experience in equipment management.

2. Solid knowledge in mechanical, electrical, automotive, gas, hydraulic, and related fields.

3. Proficient in computer applications and office automation software.

4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

5. Professional design document review ability and negotiation skills.

6. Preferred: Registered public equipment engineer (power, electricity, water supply and drainage, HVAC).

7. Proficiency in English is required.

8. Knowledge of Chinese is considered an advantage.
