Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Specialist located in Puchong. The Export Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing international and local clients, sales strategies, fostering relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting market research, visiting and/or organising scientific expos, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the role will entail handling sales management tasks, including training and supporting international clients/distributors/end users in projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively. International travel is a must.
- Proficiency in market research and developing international sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the scientific laboratory or manufacturing industry is a plus
