- Ensure all administration and office related tasks executed and completed efficiently and effectively for a smooth running of daily operation in the office
- Perform general office duties, including printing, copying, scanning, and filing
- Answering phone calls and responding to Whatapps
- Prepare Invoice & Delivery Order/documents for outgoing goods
- Monitor goods delivery and receiving
- Assist customers in tracking their orders and resolving delivery issues
- Assist department head on their daily task
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong Communication Skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Internet savvy
- Attention to detail
Working days and hours:
- Working days : Monday - Friday (08.30am - 05.00pm)
- Working days : Saturday (08.30am - 04.00pm)
