  • Ensure all administration and office related tasks executed and completed efficiently and effectively for a smooth running of daily operation in the office
  • Perform general office duties, including printing, copying, scanning, and filing
  • Answering phone calls and responding to Whatapps
  • Prepare Invoice & Delivery Order/documents for outgoing goods
  • Monitor goods delivery and receiving
  • Assist customers in tracking their orders and resolving delivery issues
  • Assist department head on their daily task
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong Communication Skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Internet savvy
  • Attention to detail

Working days and hours:

  • Working days : Monday - Friday (08.30am - 05.00pm)
  • Working days : Saturday (08.30am - 04.00pm)
  • KWSP/SOCSO
  • Annual Leave
  • Medical Leave
