Job Description

  • Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management.
  • Source & participate in lease negotiations, identifying prospective & secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
  • Handling all tenancy admin matter including preparation of Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement.
  • Establish & maintain good landlord tenant relationships with existing & potential tenants.
  • Attend to tenant / prospect leasing queries, requests, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure timely renewal tenancy agreements and updated deposits listing and collection.
  • Attend to tenancy related matters including negotiation and issue legal documentation.
  • Knowledge in retail management will be added value.

Job Requirement

  • Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Business Administration / Retail Management / Economics / Communication/ Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum Two (2) years' experience in related field, preferably in Shopping Mall Management, Retail, Event Management background.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
