Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management:
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Recruitment and Candidate Management:
- Source, screen, and submit candidate CVs to clients for various roles.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Oversee the hiring process, including placement, closure, and follow-up.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
Pre-Onboarding and Documentation:
- Collect and verify documents required to prepare Offer Letters for Permanent and Contract Consultants.
- Perform consultant onboarding and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.
Administration & Documentation:
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of timesheet and payroll information to HR Payroll Specialist.
- Coordinate with HR Payroll Specialist to address any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
Finance and Invoicing:
- Follow up with the Finance Department:
- Regularly check the status of pending invoices.
- Communicate any discrepancies or delays promptly to avoid bottlenecks.
- Use a shared tracking system to keep everyone on the same page.
Invoice Collections:
- Follow up with clients regularly to remind them of due payments.
- Implement a late fee policy to encourage timely payments.
Purchase Order (PO):
- Maintain a list of clients with upcoming PO expiry dates.
- Reach out to clients well in advance to discuss extensions of the existing Consultants.
- Document all communications and agreements for future reference.
