Expro Group are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager, to join the Region team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Overall Purpose of the Job
To ensure that all service activities are performed in a professional, efficient, safe and cost effective manner to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
Key Activities and Accountabilities
1. Dedicated operational focal point for clients within area of responsibility.
2. Support the recruitment of operational and support personnel and to mentor, motivate, train and develop staff to maintain an effective workforce capable of meeting its objectives, without harm to personnel or the environment.
3. Monitor performance measures to ensure good performance is maintained and areas for improvement are identified and acted upon.
4. Ensure that a high quality service is offered to own and other departments clients on all occasions.
5. Maintain close liaison at all times with Clients and their representatives.
6. Ensure best practice associated with industry technical standards is maintained at all times.
7. Maintain active participation in improving the quality and HSE management system and bring to the attention of senior management any HSE issues that require their attention.
8. Support pre and post job briefings to ensure best practice is in place, known and followed; crews are full engaged and understand their roles and responsibilities.
9. Identify and exploit any opportunity for business improvement.
10. Help formulate budgets and to ensure the necessary resources are in place to achieve the budgeted work and development program.
11. Chair regular meetings to discuss operational issues and share updates on latest company policies, structure, future plans, technologies and safety/quality related topics.
12. Support HSEQ / SCM during audits on Key Vendors.
13. Prioritise department workload and work in conjunction with department manager and workshop manager to ensure equipment is correctly allocated to maximise profits.
14. Monitor and audit operational, engineering and workshop activities to ensure best practices are followed and support where required. May be required to travel offshore.
15. To work in accordance with processes and procedures provided – Sale quote to final sales invoice procedure, Crew Selection procedure, Service delivery procedure, Third party rentals procedure etc.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
1. Previous experience typically gained through 10+ years’ experience and technical knowledge of relevant equipment and services.
2. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
3. Previous Management/Supervisory experience
