Your new role

  • Oversee financial management for real estate development, construction, and property management, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control support to senior management and project teams to optimise profitability and cash flow.
  • Manage project financing, liaising with banks, lenders, and investors to secure funding and ensure liquidity for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, oversee audits, and implement strong financial controls to mitigate risks.


    What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of working experience in finance management experience in real estate, development, or construction.
  • Added advantage on strong expertise in financial planning, project finance, financial modelling, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, financial operations, and large-scale project budgets.
