Job Purpose

  • To assist manager on Land Matters i.e. land bank administration & outgoing payment, preparation of pre-comp plan and other Executive, activities pertaining to land matters.
  • To assist manager on liaison with authorities and technical department.
  • To assist manager to provide land matters advise to other Division or Project Support.
  • To assist manager to ensure approval on land matters application and issuance of individual or strata titles to be obtained as per scheduled.
  • To practice and comply with the Sime Darby Property standards of Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health (QESH).

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring all related payments under Land Management and all development projects are sufficient for disbursement.
  • Liaise with Product Development, Sales and Marketing, Contract Department, Company Secretary and Finance Department to ensure seamless operation matters.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure all requirements are complied with for smoother process on the approval/endorsement.
  • Assist Manager to secure approvals as well as issuance of titles within the targeted date as stipulated in the AOP.
  • Assist Manager to guide consultants in the preparation of Pre Comp/Strata Plan for on time submission of Pre Comp/Strata to authority for approval.
  • Assist Manager to supervise in the preparation and submission of land matters.
  • Assist Manager to work cohesively with Contract Dept. and Township in the appointment of consultant.
  • Assist manager in working closely with Township Head, Project Consultants & other support services units.
  • Assist Manager on yearly land matters budgeting.
  • Adhere to all SDP prevailing code, policy and guideline.

Requirements

Education/ Professional Qualification

Degree in Estate Management / Land Management or any technical degree related to Property Development

Professional Experience

Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant working experience
