• Assist in developing MFF’s brand and reputation strategies, involving stakeholder management (including the Ministry and states), and media relations, fully aligned with business objectives and strategies. • Collaborate with business partners to assist in developing and implementing communication strategies and programs, as well as a strategic communication plan for MFF, aiming to broaden the impact of MFF’s programs and promote a positive organizational image. • Support the preparation of crisis communications by assisting in the development of documents, guidelines, and response plans. • Assist in managing communications related to programs, donations, sponsorships, third-party activities, and day-to-day communication with stakeholders. • Support the planning and execution of MFF’s branding activities and strategies to enhance brand visibility through print and digital media for both internal and external stakeholders. • Assist in managing multiple internal and external communication channels and websites across the organization, collaborating with various business units to develop and implement campaigns and programs. • Contribute to the production of corporate collaterals and publications, such as annual reports, diaries, e-greeting cards, brochures, posters, videos, microsites, or other relevant online materials for promotions or corporate use. • Assist and support high-visibility events across the organization, including preparation for post-event initiatives. Provide support to business units in their events, campaigns, and communication collaterals/presentations. • Build and maintain strong rapport with the media, assisting in crafting media strategy to ensure consistent messaging, press management, and maintaining a positive and consistent image of MFF across all media. • Track and monitor news highlights for knowledge sharing across the organization, including managing and educating all business units on the required compliant process for deploying corporate messages and presentations. • Monitor national and regional developments on trends and key issues, keeping the business informed. • Perform any other duties as assigned.
