Develop positive relationship with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns. Execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organize opening and closing duties as assigned. Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all Baristas during each shift. Follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by shift team. Follow up with Baristas during the shift to ensure the delivery of customer services experience for all customers. Provide quality beverage, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standard Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all product. Utilize operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift. Recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishing through existing organizational tools and by collaborating with Café Manager to find new, creative, and impactful methods of recognition
