Role summary: This role involves managing the logistics and supply chain operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role needs to coordinate with sale, operation and administrative support teams to ensure a seamless services experience. To carry the customer service function by ensuring the orders, stocks, and shipping arrangement of products are managed on timely and at most cost-effectively manner. Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: To satisfy customer requirements as per company standard operating procedures and provide unbeatable customer service. Processing domestic and international purchase orders from order entry till invoicing. Working closely with marketing & sales department on non-standard, urgent enquiry and upcoming projects. Working closely with production planner and Warehouse & Logistics department for Material Ready Date, having regard to the on-demand production and warehousing space capacities. Has regular contact with the sales, planning, finance, logistics and warehouse team in a normal reporting/managerial /information exchange relationship. Ability to understand Supply Chain management including logistics booking and drop shipment. Ability to handle improvement project from time to time to ensure objectives and timeline are met. Apply for the certificate of origin and other related documents in time according to different market demands. Contact with agent to arrange container plan and special requirements in the factory timely Communicate with the warehouse and planning in time about the good condition of the goods, confirm the arrival of containers to the factory and coordinate the arrangement of abnormalities. Ensure proper documentation, file records and updating of data in the system. To do any assignment as instructed by the Superior and Management. Personal qualities: Plans and organizes the own work timely and effectively. A positive attitude and work committed. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and is a team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management. Able to work within a tight deadline and under pressure. Holds high quality of integrity. Skills & Experience – Essential Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing shipping related work. Familiar with Customs declaration and in internal trade. At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing shipping related work, familiar with customs declaration, international trade. Knowledge in LMW & SAP experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams. Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement. Other Requirements: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Possess own transport English and Bahasa Malaysia. Speaking in Mandarin value added. Other Informations Workstation: Ulu Tiram, Johor, Malaysia Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.00am - 5.30pm) Friendly Working Environment Employee Insurance coverage for Hospital & Surgical coverage and medical expenses Employment Contract for 6 months.
