  • Provide online guidance and support for product usage.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Respond to messages on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other platforms.
  • Assist in collecting outstanding payments from customers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and related activities as required.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior or management.
  • Preferable Mandarin Speaker due to business requirements and clientele
  • Preferable with minimum with SPM/ UEC.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to work shift, weekend and Public Holiday
  • Morning Shift (WIO) - 08:30am - 06:00pm
  • Afternoon Shift (WFH) - 01:30pm - 11:00pm
  • Basic Salary plus Bonus
