- Provide online guidance and support for product usage.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Respond to messages on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other platforms.
- Assist in collecting outstanding payments from customers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and related activities as required.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior or management.
- Preferable Mandarin Speaker due to business requirements and clientele
- Preferable with minimum with SPM/ UEC.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to work shift, weekend and Public Holiday
- Morning Shift (WIO) - 08:30am - 06:00pm
- Afternoon Shift (WFH) - 01:30pm - 11:00pm
- Basic Salary plus Bonus
