- Perform various technical work tasks remotely or on the site of the user to satisfy business and user requirements.
- Document and report on the work done to ensure that procedures and policies are being adhered.
- Follow the company's procedures for escalating problems to ensure users’ needs are met.

- Exhibit excellent customer service skills by taking full responsibility for reported issues and seeing them through to a satisfactory resolution.
- Comply with all Company Information Security Policies and notify Management of any vulnerabilities.
- Works independently to monitor, organize and pick reported issues through the ServiceDesk Plus ticketing system and ensure that all reported issues are being handled within the specified SLA completed with accurate information and work logs.
- Acts as a role model for others within the company regarding technical and behavioral competency.
- Educate users on standard and house applications and procedures.
- Monitor license compliances and stay on top of technological changes
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Engineering, or any other relevant field
- At least three (3) years of experience working as an On-site Service desk engineer, hardware maintenance (PC. Laptop, Printer) in various operating systems and software (Windows, Macintosh, LINUX, MS-Office, Web Browsers)
- Proficient in Google, Microsoft and Cloud computing applications and able to troubleshoot in depth.
- ITIL certified
- Excellent Communication Skills and Email etiquette in English
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems, network and server technologies, internet security, and data privacy principles
- Certification in Service Desk (e.g. CompTIA A+/ Microsoft Certified I.T. Professional)
- Basic scripting and coding experiences would be a great asset (PowerShell, Java, API, Python) or other similar skills.
- Knowledge of ISO audits
- Excellent Diagnostic and Problem-solving skills
- Able to constantly & independently conduct research and surveys for best resolutions
- Relentless and creatively finding fixes and workarounds.
- Excellent Organization Skills in planning and controlling assigned tasks
- High attention to detail
- Flexible to work rotating shifts (Asia & Europe time zones)
- Short-notice or immediate available candidate is highly preferred
