  • Manage customer visit by coordinating daily arrangements to ensure smooth visit
  • Maintain close communication with customers, be responsible for conveying customer requirements to relevant departments and follow up
  • Follow up on the progress of internal handling of customer complaints and provide timely feedback to customer; coordinate and formulate solutions to problems encountered by both parties in cooperation with customers;
  • Follow up customer satisfaction surveys, establish and manage customer sales files.
  • Interpreted customer quotation information, collect info from quotation team member, output internal cost sheets timely and accurately
  • Responsible for coordinating product plans with various departments and following up on progress.
  • Responsible for organizing the review of costs and the explanation of quotation plans.
  • Responsible for summarizing quotation issues and outputting quotation review reports.

Education Requirements:

  • Language Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Diploma, Degree or equivalent preferred; or relevant work experience of customer service and costing, preference will be given to those with customer relationship communication and quotation experience.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Good use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word).
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships with existing and potential clients, business partners, and industry contacts.
