- To assist in full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
- Process invoices promptly and accurately.
- Assist in company expenses tracking and support in audit processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the company, including general filing works, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, daily cheque issuance, daily collection.
- To liaise with external parties, etc: secretary, auditor & tax agent.
- To assists superior as when required.
- To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required.
- Handle day to day operations of accounting and admin record & filling.
- Minimum education requirement: LCCI or Diploma
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field is preferred
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Good Communication Skills in Mandarin and English
- Aggressive and committed to work
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline and dedicate to work
- Able to multi-tasking, work independently and meet deadlines with self-initiatives
