  • To assist in full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
  • Process invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in company expenses tracking and support in audit processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the company, including general filing works, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliation, daily cheque issuance, daily collection.
  • To liaise with external parties, etc: secretary, auditor & tax agent.
  • To assists superior as when required.
  • To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required.
  • Handle day to day operations of accounting and admin record & filling.
  • Minimum education requirement: LCCI or Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field is preferred
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • Good Communication Skills in Mandarin and English
  • Aggressive and committed to work
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline and dedicate to work
  • Able to multi-tasking, work independently and meet deadlines with self-initiatives
