- Responsible in office administrative tasks to ensure the efficiency of office operation which included office cleanliness, facilities maintenance service, food for pantry, and etc.
- Answers incoming phone call when necessary.
- To assist the documentation and proper filing.
- To assist the employees’ claim report in monthly basis.
- To support sales department on issuing invoice to clients.
- To liaise with outsource finance team and arrange the payment in monthly basis. (Eg. Season Parking Pass Card, Photocopier Machine Rental, Utilities Bill, and Office Building Maintenance)
