  • Provide technical support for customers regarding servers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of server systems and related applications.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer technical issues related to cloud servers, SSL certificates, business email, websites, etc., ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Create help documents, FAQs, and user manuals to assist customers in efficiently using various cloud products.
  • Conduct regular technical issue training sessions for sales and customer service teams.
  • Assist customers with server migration, backup, and restoration, offering relevant technical guidance and troubleshooting server network connectivity issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Linux/Unix systems with hands-on experience in product development environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
  • Familiarity with resource management and optimization of cloud platforms (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of email server principles and setup processes.
  • Experience with server management tools such as aaPanel, with the ability to independently set up websites.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and resilience under pressure.
