Accounts Payable Management
- Track and record loans, credit balances, and invoices.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and account reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of payables and payments.
Administrative Support
- Organize mail, documents, and office supplies.
- Provide clerical assistance and basic bookkeeping support.
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), SQL Accounting Software
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be a proactive team player with strong collaboration skills.
