
Assistant Investment Manager
Position Overview: The Assistant Investment Manager will support the management of the company’s in-house investment portfolio, focusing on asset allocation, portfolio analysis, risk management, and strategic investment planning. This role requires strong analytical skills and market knowledge to optimize investment returns and ensure alignment with the company’s financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Investment Strategy & Management: o Assist in developing and executing investment strategies for in-house portfolios. o Monitor and manage investments across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real estate, and private equity. o Conduct research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities. 2. Portfolio Analysis & Reporting: o Track and evaluate portfolio performance, providing regular reports and insights. o Assess market trends and recommend portfolio adjustments to maximize returns. o Maintain accurate records of investment transactions and valuations. 3. Risk Management: o Identify and mitigate risks within the investment portfolio. o Ensure compliance with internal investment policies and external regulations. 4. Asset Allocation & Financial Planning: o Support the optimization of asset allocation to balance risk and return objectives. o Assist in financial modeling and forecasting for investment planning. 5. Corporate Investment Oversight: o Work closely with senior management to align investments with corporate strategy. o Participate in due diligence for new investment opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investment management, portfolio analysis, or financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of asset allocation, risk management, and financial markets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
