Work From Home | Happiness and Cleaner Success Coordinator
We are a small, fully remote team serving household customers in the US with high end cleaning services. We are rapidly expanding and looking for reliable, positive, and ambitious people to be part of our team. We’re looking for a Happiness and Cleaner Success Coordinator to help ensure both our clients and cleaners have an exceptional experience.This is a fully remote, full-time, work-from-home role. Shifts will be 8 hours long with a 45-minute paid break. You’ll be working a 40-hour week.As a Happiness and Cleaner Success Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing customer and cleaner relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback collection, as well as supporting our cleaners with constructive feedback and ensuring they feel supported in their roles.
Duties will include:
- Calling all recurring customers once a month to check in, gather feedback, and ensure they’re happy with our cleaning services.
- Calling all cleaners every 2-3 weeks to provide feedback from customers and quality checks, and to build rapport.
- Gathering and analyzing feedback from customer calls, secret shoppers, text messages, and quality checks to help improve both customer and cleaner experiences.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth communication between clients, cleaners, and the management team.
- Proactively identifying any issues or concerns and working with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Helping to improve overall customer retention and cleaner satisfaction through feedback and ongoing support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, human resources, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
- You will need to provide your own computer, headset, and smartphone for calls. Your computer needs to be able to smoothly handle up to 12 Google Chrome tabs at once.
