We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (Partnerships) to drive business growth by sourcing and securing new partnerships, optimizing partner performance, and ensuring smooth operational execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills who can deliver impactful partnerships that contribute to overall business objectives, particularly in growing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and secure new strategic partners to drive business growth and expand market reach.

  • Develop tailored partnership proposals and negotiate terms that align with business objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends that support business expansion.

2. Partnership Management & Growth

  • Drive and achieve revenue targets by optimizing partnership performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term engagement and mutual success. Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner contribution to business growth.

3. Marketing & Partner Visibility

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop co-branded campaigns and promotional initiatives that amplify partner success.

  • Ensure partners receive strategic marketing support to maximize visibility and ROI.

  • Leverage digital and offline marketing channels to enhance partner engagement and drive transactions.

4. Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing, and product) to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.

  • Address and resolve any operational challenges or bottlenecks to maintain a smooth partner experience. Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report on partnership performance, revenue impact, and key success metrics.

  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders based on data insights and industry best practices.
