Job Description
You are expected to assume a crucial role as a Digital Media Account Executive at Digital38, overseeing the Strategic Planning and execution of B2C and B2B digital marketing campaigns throughout the Southeast Asia (ASEAN) region.
You need to have strong logical and mathematical abilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on Media Planning.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple digital channels in the Asia Pacific region. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our internal team, clients, and media vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- work with clients and internal teams to grasp the goals and needs of the campaign.
- create detailed digital media strategies customized to align with clients' objectives and budgets.
- develop Media Plans that utilize a variety of channels, such as PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display Advertising, Mobile Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- leverage market research and industry insights to guide campaign strategies
Media Buying and Execution:
- must have a combination of technical skills, strategic thinking, and creativity to effectively allocate budgets across various digital channels and optimize campaign results.
- oversee the bidding and acquisition of digital media inventory, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- track campaign results in real-time and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- ensure that campaigns are executed on schedule and within budget.
Client Relationship Management:
- serve as the main contact for clients, offering regular updates on campaign developments and outcomes.
- address client concerns and actively seek opportunities for optimizing campaigns.
- build and sustain a strong client-agency relationship to foster long-term collaborations.
Media Partner Collaboration:
- identify and cultivate relationships with Media Partners, Publishers, and Platforms.
- negotiate advantageous terms and rates with media vendors to maximize ROI.
- keep abreast of new trends and technologies in the digital media landscape.
Reporting and Analysis:
- create and deliver comprehensive campaign results reports to clients.
- analyze data to extract actionable insights and offer recommendations for current and future campaigns.
- consistently refine campaigns based on metrics.
Job Requirements
- Grades of A+, A, or A- are required in Mathematics in SPM. Preference will be given to candidates with similar high grades in Add Maths.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Advanced Degrees or Certifications can be advantageous.
- Experience with different types of Media (e.g., Social Media, Search Engines, Display Advertising) is valuable.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with Digital Advertising Platforms, Media Planning Tools, and Analytics Tools (e.g., Semrush).
