Job Description:

  • Lead a team of E&I engineers, supervisors, and technicians to conduct daily maintenance and troubleshooting activities for the complex, which includes the Refinery & Fractionation Plant, Kernel Crushing Plant, Oleochemical Process Plant, Power Plant, and other supporting utilities and infrastructures.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance system, including various plant turnarounds, aimed at minimizing or eliminating downtime related to Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Systems.
  • Manage critical spare parts and tools inventory.
  • Prepare monthly engineering reports, including R&M, electricity consumption, CAPEX progress, RCA, and other reports for management review.
  • Coordinate closely with departments from various disciplines to ensure alignment with management expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and local regulations, including ISO, SNI, PUIL, K2 Listrik, etc.
  • Propose, plan, and execute E&I improvement programs focused on continuous improvement, innovation, production costs reduction, sustainability, and lowering GHG emissions.
  • Implement CAPEX for project expansion for the plant, including feasibility study, basic and detailed engineering, drawing and document preparation, conducting tender exercises, equipment purchase, review of engineering drawings, authority liaison, site inspection, project coordination, and assisting in commissioning until project handover.
  • Perform any additional tasks relevant and necessary to accomplish the company’s overall objectives, which may be assigned from time to time.
