- Oversee the full spectrum of the Finance Department.
- To review management accounts, financial reports, and forecasts for the entity company to ensure the revenue, expenses, and balance sheet are accurately captured.
- Manage processes for accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee the audit process, including providing guidance and support for the audit of the company, and all related statutory financial reports.
- Review and monitor cash flows and capital expenditures.
- Support the operational finance matters, supporting the development and execution of financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Perform monthly P&L forecasting, monitoring, highlighting, and suggesting advice including improvements when variances are expected to exceed the threshold.
- Minimize financial risks by assessing and evaluating potential direct/indirect impacts from the variances, which may impact the company and/or its future business decisions.
- Act as a financial advisor to the management to identify weaknesses in financial reporting across all subsidiaries and make necessary adjustments to existing processes with a view to improving the transparency and accuracy of our financial reports.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support.
- Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets, and cash flows.
- To undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
