Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
Provide accurate information about insurance policies, claims, and benefits.
Assist customers with policy updates, payments, and documentation.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
