To ensure cost effectiveness in achieving budget and growth targets.
- Manage sales target, including the monitoring and execution of marketing program
- Monitor and control the operational expenses and budgets.
- Review P&L statement.
- Achieve company targeted EBITA by monitoring budget, including food cost, labour cost, daily purchase, gas, electricity and other expenses.
- Create action plans for food cost and Labour controls.
Responsible for the day to day operation of the all departments in a branch including kitchen.
- Ensure all team members comply to the Company Operating policies and procedures.
- Ensure execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards on all departments; including the monitoring of food product quality, completing all necessary departmental reports.
- Comply to the food safety procedures according to Company health/sanitation regulations/ policies, including the execution of corrective actions as when required.
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
- Ensure correct procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment.
- Ensure compliance of company procedures and standards on maintenance requirement. Reports and follows up on preventive maintenance plans and activities.
- Review daily break violations and is charged with enforcing Company policy and State and Federal Law.

- Settle disputes
- Take disciplinary action
- Conduct Counselling and Performance Appraisal
To complete operational administrative management and enhance communication within a branch
- Completes all administrative requirements; i.e. daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Any others related works assigned from time to time.
Other Allowances:
- Transport Allowance RM150 per month*

Other Requirement:
- Possess at least a Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management / Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management / Business Management or equivalent.
- No work experienced Required
- Basic Communication Skill – Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin will be advantages

- Must be able to work on shift, weekend and Public Holiday
- Willing to be relocate when needed
