Job Responsibilities:

ADMISSIONS AND RECORDS

1. To process new offers to qualified applications for every semester

2. To ensure all the applications comply with MQA requirements

3. Liaise with the Commercial Team and Partners for any incomplete admissions’ documents.

4. Liaise with APEL Unit and School Coordinator to process applications eligible via APEL entry.

5. Participate in recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, preview day, orientation day and off-campus events when instructed.

6. Assist in special projects e.g. audits, consolidate records and files.

7. Assist in the management of students’ file and students’ records in the CMS and ensure all the required documents and information are compiled, stored, and updated accordingly for easy access and retrieval.

8.Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

 Bachelor in Information System, Business Administration, or relevant fields.

 1-2 years in Registry Department/ Student Admission & Administration field/functions.

 Competency in Microsoft applications is a must.

 Good with numbers and details.

 Proactive and possess close attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to handle multiple tasks.

 Team player with good time management.
