Credit Risk Management

  • Assess new and existing customers’ creditworthiness based on financial statements and payment history.

Accounts Receivable & Debt Collection

  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer disputes and payment delays.

Account Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy in records.
  • Prepare AR aging reports and credit control summaries for management.
  • Analyze trends in late payments and recommend strategies for improving collections.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of credit applications, payment agreements, and collection efforts.
  • Ensure all credit control activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Collaboration & Customer Relations

  • Work closely with the finance and sales teams to align credit policies with business goals.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients while enforcing credit terms.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff in the credit control process.
  • Set and monitor credit limits to minimize financial risk.
  • Review and approve credit terms for customers in line with company policies.

Qualification.

  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
  • At least 5 years in the related field.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
  • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
