Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Provide menu information, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Order Taking: Accurately take orders from customers, inputting them into the system, and ensuring any special requests or dietary needs are noted.
- Serving Food & Drinks: Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Payment Processing: Provide checks to guests, process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.), and handle transactions accurately.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
- Customer Satisfaction: Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and services, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive work environment.
