Service Specialist (EON Proton e.MAS)
· To transfer information from the Customer Care Advisor’s appointment arrangements.
· To plan the necessary time resources for preparation.
· To file orders in the IT system.
· To arrange for provision of parts.
· To ensure availability of specialists and transfer of relevant information.
· To plan and arranging necessary third-party work, where applicable.
· To inform customers in the event of changes in scope of service, or the agreed price or appointment.
· To update customer details.
· To conduct direct reception with the customer to determine extent of work necessary.
· To conduct test drives, where necessary.
· To offer appropriate alternative transport.
· To calculate costs.
· To advice the customer of extent, duration and cost of the work.
· To sell additional services and products.
· To prepare binding estimates if necessary.
· To arrange the method of payment and any cost limits in case of additions to orders
· To obtain customer’s signature for order confirmation / giving duplicate of order to the customer.
· To handle over the repair order to the workshop; making any necessary agreements with the person responsible in the workshop.
· To inform the customer in the event of divergence from agreed order.
· To inform customers in the event of delays.
· To ensure quality of work by final inspection, test drive and, if applicable, defect logging (Q-Check).
· To give instructions for any necessary rework.
· To pass on all relevant information for preparation of the bill, taking any warranty and goodwill cases into consideration.
· To prepare any quality observation and defect reports necessary.
· To present the bill and explaining the work carried out and, if applicable, the additional work done free of charge.
· To advise the customer with regard to foreseeable servicing requirements in the future
· To handle over the vehicle.
· To conduct exit interview.
· To come out with customer-oriented response to complaints.
· To prioritize treatment for complaint cases with regard to deadline and capacity planning.
To follow-up after work has been completed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
