  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for education, a talent for building relationships, and a knack for closing deals, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales & Negotiation: Confidently present our English courses, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking and online platforms.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients and education partners.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and market penetration.
  • HRDCorp Grant Facilitation: Assist clients with the HRDCorp grant application process.
  • CRM Optimisation: Maintain accurate records within our CRM system, tracking leads, client interactions, and sales progress. Use data to inform decision-making and improve strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the education or training sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Sales Acumen: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Builder: A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport.
