Service Coordinator (EON Proton e.MAS)
· Responsible for overseeing the dealership's service department, ensuring efficient and high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance services.
· Key roles includes managing service staff, coordinating repair schedules, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
· Other roles involves monitoring the service department performance, implement process of improvements, and work closely with other dealership departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
· Responsible for the overall administrative affairs of workshop, and the KPI of workshop personnel on regular basis for improvement
· Oversee technical and service matter to ensure all processes are smoothly executed
· Ensure the staffs comply with the company’s standard operating procedures
· Responsible for all internal and external sales and monitor reports, collection, verifies and sign off repair orders and invoices, warranty claims and submission of technical reports to manufacturer
· Responsible for technical related matters which includes staff product knowledge and customer feedback
· Supervise and monitor warranty process
· Undertake any other task as and when assigned by the Company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
