Accountant

The Accountant will oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: *Manage the preparation and review of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports) to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. *Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring deadlines are met and workloads are managed effectively. *Oversee the monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring that financial records are completed accurately and on time. *Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to assist senior management in making informed decisions. *Review and reconcile accounts, including bank reconciliations, general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable. *Manage tax reporting and compliance, ensuring timely submission of tax returns and adherence to tax regulations. *Monitor cash flow and prepare reports on the financial health of the company. *Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and company procedures. *Communicate financial performance and results to senior management. *Identify and recommend improvements to enhance financial processes and systems. *Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process. Requirements: *Degree in Accounting/Finance. *ACCA, CPA, or MIA preferred. *Proven experience of 6 years in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. *Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different teams and departments. *High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. *Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. *Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin
