  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Oversee the entire QA function for sheet metal fabrication and precision machining operations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to the industry.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor QA engineers and QC inspectors to build a high-performing quality team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Regulatory and Customer Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9100.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer audits and certifications.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Establish and monitor quality performance indicators (e.g., scrap rates, first-pass yield, rework rates).
  • Regularly report quality performance to senior management.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Lead initiatives to enhance machining accuracy, minimize waste, and optimize sheet metal fabrication processes.
  • Supplier Quality Oversight:
  • Work closely with procurement and suppliers to establish quality standards and resolve material or component issues.

KPIs:

  • Reduction in customer complaints related to quality.
  • Improvement in overall process efficiency and product quality.
  • Number of successful audits and certifications.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role in sheet metal or machining industries
  • Prefer candidates who have a strong background in metal fabrication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
