Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identify, assess, source training program to meet training & development needs.
2. Conduct TNA, competencies matrix and report related to training and map out training plan.
3. Apply and claim HRDF grant timely.
4. Ensure training documents are kept and filed properly.
5. Coordinating and conducting selected training programs.
6. Coordinate employee relations/engagement activities or program.
7. Handle disciplinary issue (communication, counselling, issue show cause letter and etc.)
8. Updates employee insurance (GPA & GHS) and medical expenses timely.
9. Ensure performance appraisal is distributing and compile in time.
10. Ensure HR related letters are prepared and issued in time.
11. Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Possess a Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, psychology or equivalent.
2. Min. 3-4 years working experience in learning & development/ general HR functions is preferable.
3. Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967 is a must.
4. Meticulous and detailed-oriented person.
5. Maintains high level of confidentiality.
6. Ethical and integrity.
7. Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
8. Able to work independent with minimum supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
