Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring they comply with all requirements outlined in government tenders and contracts in the healthcare industry.
- Identify relevant government and healthcare tenders and advertisements through various platforms such as government portals, procurement websites, and trade publications.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of tender submissions, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all documentation was correct, complete, and submitted on time.
- Work closely with the business development team and other departments to gather necessary data and documentation for tender responses.
- Communicate effectively with government agencies, contractors, and suppliers to gather required information and clarify tender specifications.
- Prepare progress reports on tender submissions and outcomes, updating stakeholders on the status of bids and tender opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience working in tendering, procurement, or business development within the healthcare industry or a related sector.
- Knowledge: Understanding of government tendering processes and compliance regulations, especially in the healthcare field.
- Education: A relevant diploma or qualification in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
